Satisfaction Guarantee
Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original
packaging, for a full refund within the time frame stated below (see
Exchanges / Return Policy).
Exceptions to above guarantee: Items which have been used (clothing or shoes which have been worn, fly rods, reels, lines etc which have been used).

Shipping
Continental United States - We will generally ship UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. Shipping costs include insurance.
Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses will be sent by US Parcel Post.
Alaska, Hawaii, International Destinations - We will bill customers only the actual shipping and insurance costs, after confirming the costs with you via email.
International Orders - We
require prepayment of an International Bank Money Order before shipping
your order.

Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit given that the item is returned within the following time frame: Sale items, including fly rod/reel combos, must be returned within 10 days of purchase; regular priced merchandise within 20 days of the purchase.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product.
To Return an Item to Us
Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Gift returns will be issued an on-line gift certificate. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
For returns, if your order
qualified for free shipping, then on your return we
will credit you the invoice amount less the shipping charge originally
paid by Angler's Lane (see rates above).

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
For returns, if your order qualified for free shipping, then on your return we will credit you the
invoice amount less the shipping charge originally paid by Angler's Lane (see rates above).
Incorrect Orders
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
