Frequently Asked Questions
Satisfaction Guarantee Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with all your purchases from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging and tags, for refund, within the time frame stated below (see Exchanges / Return Policy). Also note credit policy on returns below.
Exceptions to above guarantee: Items which have been used (ie, clothing or shoes which have been worn; fly rods, reels, lines, flies which have been used).
Continental United States - We will generally ship UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. Shipping costs include insurance.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses will be sent by US Parcel Post.
Alaska, Hawaii, International Destinations - We will bill customers only the actual shipping and insurance costs, after confirming the costs with you via email. Your acknowledgment will show the cost within the lower 48 states; we will notify you of the correct shipping cost via a separate email after you receiving the automatic acknowledgement of your order.
International Orders - We require prepayment of an International Bank Money Order before shipping your order.

Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit given that the item is returned within the following time frame:
Sale items, including unused fly rod/reel combos, must be returned within 8 days of purchase
regular priced merchandise within 15 days of the purchase.
We do not accept returns on used fly rods and or reels.
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product.
To Return an Item to Us Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address.

* Credit for returns: If you return merchandise within time frame stated above, we will offer you a choice of (a) full store credit for your invoice price or (b) credit to your card of the invoice amount, less the actual USPS or UPS shipping charge originally paid by Angler's Lane if your order qualified for free shipping.
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Use of Information
We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary.
Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.
