Anglers Lane fly tying classes are back!* Fly tying classes on Saturday mornings 8:15-9:45 am starting January 17 for four weeks. Pre-sign up as we will cap at 8 seats (plus 1or 2 shop assistants).
Jan 17 - Tom Reisdorf: Beginner - Black wooly bugger, Hares Ear, time permitting Elk Hair caddis
Jan 24 - Luke Barton: Musky Fly (Luke has many which work well)
Jan 31 - Adam Godsey: Stonefly, Perdigon or another custom nymph
Feb 7 - Doug Lane: effective streamer for big Browns, stripers and walleye (Goldie, Badger Screamer or one other tbd)
Several spots remain. We will cap the class so instructor can give attention to detail.
Price per class is $35. Price for 4-pack is $99 so if you can make at least 3 then it's to your advantage to buy the whole pack.
What to Bring: Own Vise. Also bring bobin, bodkin, scissors and appropriate threads, though we have all here at store as well. Participants can get 10% class discount on one here at store beforehand or day of the class.
