Shipping and Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with all your purchases from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging and tags, for refund, within the time frame stated below (see Exchanges / Return Policy). Also note credit policy on returns below.

Exceptions to above guarantee: Items which have been used (ie, clothing or shoes which have been worn; fly rods, reels, lines, flies which have been used).

Shipping

Continental United States - We will generally ship UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. Shipping costs include insurance.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses will be sent by US Parcel Post.

Alaska, Hawaii, International Destinations - We will bill customers only the actual shipping and insurance costs, after confirming the costs with you via email. Your acknowledgment will show the cost within the lower 48 states; we will notify you of the correct shipping cost via a separate email after you receiving the automatic acknowledgement of your order.

International Orders - We require prepayment of an International Bank Money Order before shipping your order.

Shipping Charges for orders with flies and hooks only - USPS Priority Mail

Order Cost under $49.99 - shipping cost = $6.50

Order Cost $50.00 and over = FREE*

NOTE: If you order contains only flies and/or hooks, your acknowledgement will reflect our standard shipping cost below, but we when we ring up your sale we will only charge you the above USPS cost.
